Several weeks is a reasonable planning window for weddings and conferences. Earlier planning improves vehicle choice — particularly for premium models and V-Class vehicles — but availability is only confirmed when the booking is accepted. Availability cannot be reserved through an enquiry alone. If your event date is approaching, contact us directly to ask about current availability rather than assuming a particular vehicle is still free.
Approved changes can be discussed, but they may affect vehicles, chauffeur hours, routes and pricing depending on the nature and timing of the change. Communicate any updates as early as possible — last-minute changes to passenger groups, pickup points or programme timing are harder to accommodate once vehicles and chauffeurs are confirmed and positioned.
