What happens if your day runs past 10 hours?
You keep the same car and chauffeur, and the extra time is added in 30 minute blocks at the rate in your quote. Nothing is added without your yes, and a late extension depends on the car not being booked that evening.
How are trips outside Dubai priced?
A day that leaves Dubai gets its own fixed price, worked out from the distance before you book. So Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or Ras Al Khaimah never turns into a surprise charge at the end of the day.
What does a full day with a driver include?
You get 10 hours of one chauffeur and one car. The clock covers both driving and the time you spend at each stop.

When does your 10 hour day begin and end?
The day begins at the pickup time written in your booking and ends at your last drop off. Your chauffeur is outside a quarter of an hour early, and the first 15 minutes you keep them waiting cost nothing.
Stops and changes during the day
Stop as often as you like inside Dubai, with no fee per stop. Small detours are fine to agree with your chauffeur as you go, while a new end point or extra hours can change the price.
Driver breaks on a long day
Ten hours behind the wheel needs a rest. The simplest plan is to let your lunch stop double as your chauffeur's break, so you lose no time and the drive home stays safe.
Fuel, distance, tolls and parking
Fuel inside Dubai is part of the price. Any distance limit for your route is written in your quote, and so are Salik and parking, so the bill at the end matches the price you agreed.

No. A full day is 10 hours. Overnight use is not part of the booking.
Can I book several full days in a row?

What if I finish before the 10 hours are up?
Message dispatch on WhatsApp and your day closes there. The price does not drop, so it pays to plan enough stops.
Can I start my full day at the airport?
Yes. Share your flight details when you book. Your chauffeur follows the flight and meets you inside arrivals, and the day starts from there. If all you need is the ride to your hotel, a Dubai airport transfer is cheaper.
Can my day end at the airport?
Yes. Check out of your hotel in the morning, keep your luggage in the boot all day, and finish with a drop off at the terminal. Tell us your flight time so the plan leaves enough time for check in.
