- 2Get your fixed quote.The booking team replies in minutes, day and night, and most bookings are confirmed within 10 minutes. The quote lists the vehicle, the duration and everything included, so there is nothing to decode later.
- 3Choose the car.Confirm the vehicle class that fits your passengers and luggage. A different car is never sent without your approval. If the car you asked for is unavailable, the team says so upfront and offers the closest alternative.
- 4Confirm in writing.Confirm the written quote on WhatsApp. Standard bookings need no deposit.
- 5Get your chauffeur's details.Thirty minutes before pickup, you receive the chauffeur's name, photo and car plate number on WhatsApp, so you know who is coming and which car to look for.

Six ways to book a cars with driver in Dubai
Every way to book carries the same standard: a licensed chauffeur, a private car, and fuel, Salik tolls, parking and VAT inside the quote. This is what changes from one to the next.
Airport transfer
- Where: Dubai International Airport (DXB), Al Maktoum International (DWC), Sharjah and Abu Dhabi airports, to any Dubai zone and back. Routes from Dubai Airport to Downtown Dubai, Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah are also booked this way.
- Priced: per trip, not per hour, with no hourly minimum. Table 1 shows the price by vehicle, and the written quote confirms the figure for your zone before you book.
- Included: live flight tracking, 45 minutes of free waiting on arrivals, a personalised meet-and-greet and help with luggage.
- Flight changes: an early or late landing never eats into your free waiting time. If your flight is cancelled, the booking is moved or cancelled under the written terms, and it is never treated as a no-show.

Hourly, half-day and full-day hire
- Duration: hourly from 3 hours, half day 4 hours, full day 10 hours.
- Priced: per hour for hourly hire, with the full-day price in Table 1 and the half-day price quoted on WhatsApp. Extra hours are priced by vehicle class, service type, route and duration, and written in your quote.
- Included: one chauffeur and one vehicle for the whole booking, multiple stops, 15 minutes of free waiting in the city, and parking at malls, hotels and attractions. The chauffeur waits nearby while you shop, dine or attend meetings, then brings the car round when you are ready.
- Suited to: meetings, dinners, hotel transfers, shopping from Dubai Mall to Mall of the Emirates, exhibition days at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), weddings and special events. On theme park days the chauffeur drops you at the gate, waits all day and has the car cooled and ready when the children are done.

A meeting day often runs corridor to corridor: hotel to the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), DIFC to Business Bay, Business Bay to the DWTC, then dinner wherever the client chooses. With an hourly booking the chauffeur drives Sheikh Zayed Road while you take calls, and a moved meeting means a new route, not a new booking.
Point to point
- Where: a direct transfer between two addresses, for example Downtown Dubai to Dubai Marina or Palm Jumeirah.
- Priced: per trip, quoted before you confirm. Single trips have no hourly minimum.

City to city and other countries
- Where: one-way trips between Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain, including Dubai Airport to Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah.
- Priced: per trip, not per hour. The quote comes before you confirm and nothing is added afterwards. The hourly minimum applies to hire inside Dubai only.
- Outside the UAE: routes to Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Kuwait are available on advance booking, subject to permits and route requirements. They are quoted separately because of border permits and insurance extensions.
