Can I request a specific vehicle for my booking?
Yes. When booking online or via WhatsApp, simply specify your preferred vehicle. If you have a particular model in mind that is not listed, contact us and we will check availability. For advance bookings, your requested vehicle is reserved exclusively for your use. For same-day bookings, we confirm available models before you finalise.
Are the vehicles clean and properly maintained?
Yes. Every vehicle undergoes a pre-journey inspection and full interior preparation before each booking. Our cars are cleaned, stocked with chilled water and phone chargers, and checked mechanically before your driver departs to collect you. We inspect the fleet on a rolling schedule and take the condition of our vehicles as seriously as we take punctuality.
Do you have vehicles suitable for large groups?
Yes. The Mercedes V-Class seats up to seven passengers in genuine business-class comfort, with generous luggage space and a refined ride. How do I book a car with a driver in Dubai?

You can also WhatsApp us directly, we reply within minutes, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. No app download and no account are required. Once your booking is confirmed, you receive full driver and vehicle details in writing.
How far in advance should I book a chauffeur in Dubai?
For most bookings, 24 hours’ notice is enough. If you have a preference for a specific vehicle or are travelling during a busy period, public holidays, major events, or early-morning airport runs, we recommend booking 48 to 72 hours ahead. This guarantees your chosen vehicle and driver. Same-day bookings are also available; see the question below.
Can I book a chauffeur last-minute in Dubai?
Yes. Same-day bookings are handled regularly. WhatsApp our team with your pickup location and time and we will confirm which vehicles are available immediately. We cannot always guarantee a specific model at short notice, but we will always provide a premium, fully maintained vehicle driven by a professional chauffeur.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Cancellations and amendments are accepted. We ask for reasonable notice, ideally a few hours before your scheduled pickup, so we can reassign the vehicle. WhatsApp us as soon as your plans change and we will handle it promptly. Our team is available 24 hours a day for booking changes.
Will I receive a booking confirmation?

Pricing and Payment Questions
How much does a chauffeur service cost in Dubai?
Chauffeur service cost in Dubai starts from AED 100 per hour for the Lexus ES300 Hybrid, with a three-hour minimum booking. The BMW 5 Series starts from AED 120 per hour. Luxury vehicles such as the BMW 7 Series start from AED 300 per hour. Full-day hire (up to ten hours) starts from AED 900. Airport transfers start from AED 200, depending on vehicle class.
Is chauffeur pricing fixed or does it change with demand?
All our rates are fixed. The price confirmed at booking is the price you pay. There are no surge charges, no peak-hour premiums, and no variable pricing based on traffic or demand. This is one of the most important differences between a private chauffeur and a ride-hailing app, with us, you always know the cost before you travel.
Are there any hidden fees I should know about?
No. Our rates include the driver, vehicle, fuel, and waiting time between stops within your booked hours. Salik toll charges within Dubai are covered. There are no booking fees, no service charges, and no additions for waiting. The only cost confirmed separately is for intercity travel, which we discuss and agree with you before you confirm your booking.
Does the car with driver price include fuel and Salik tolls?
Yes. Fuel is always included in every booking. Salik toll charges within Dubai are covered as standard. For intercity transfers to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, or other Emirates, any applicable road charges are confirmed transparently at booking time and added only with your agreement. You will never receive a charge that was not agreed in advance.
Is a chauffeur service better value than a taxi for longer journeys in Dubai?
For multi-stop days and longer journeys, a chauffeur is frequently the more cost-effective option. A taxi charges per trip, and costs accumulate across multiple rides throughout the day. With a chauffeur, you pay one fixed hourly or daily rate that covers unlimited stops, full waiting time, and the return journey. Are your drivers licensed in the UAE?
Yes. Every driver holds a valid UAE driving licence and full RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) authorisation to operate a professional chauffeur service. All drivers are background-checked, formally trained, and regularly assessed. Passenger safety and legal compliance are non-negotiable at every level of our service.
What languages do your drivers speak?
All our drivers are fluent in English. Many also speak Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or other languages depending on availability. If you have a specific language requirement, mention it at the time of booking and we will do our best to match you with a driver who meets your preference. For VIP and corporate bookings, language matching is available on request.
Will my driver wear a uniform?
Yes. Our drivers arrive in professional attire for every booking, formal dress, clean and neatly presented. For luxury and VIP bookings, drivers wear a full chauffeur uniform. Presentation is treated as seriously as punctuality. You will never meet a driver who is casually dressed or unprepared.
Can I choose my own driver?
