By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Cars With Driver is a professional chauffeur and luxury transport service provider based in Dubai.
By accessing our website or booking with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
All bookings must be made through our website, official WhatsApp, or customer support team.
You must provide accurate details (name, contact information, pick-up and drop-off location, date, time, etc.).
Bookings are confirmed once payment or deposit (if required) is received.
Prices vary depending on the type of vehicle, route, time, and duration of service.
Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or approved payment gateways.
All payments are subject to UAE VAT (if applicable).
Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra hours, tolls, or special requests.
Customer Cancellation:
48–24 hours before: 50 percent charge.
24 hours before: 100% charge.
48 hours before: 20% charge.
No-Show Policy:
If you fail to appear at the scheduled pick-up time and location, no refund will be issued.
Company Cancellation:
If Cars With Driver cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
Any refund amount will be credited to the customer account within 30 days from the cancellation date.
Vehicles are chauffeur-driven only; self-driving is not permitted.
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. Cars With Driver is not liable for lost items.
Any damage caused to the vehicle due to customer negligence will be charged to the customer.
Customers must provide accurate flight details.
Free waiting time: 60 minutes for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights.
Additional waiting time will be charged per company policy.
Cars With Driver strives to provide timely and safe services but is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, accidents, road closures, or unforeseen events.
We are not responsible for missed flights, meetings, or events caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the booking.
Treat chauffeurs with respect and follow UAE road safety laws.
Seat belts must be worn at all times.
Ensure that children are secured in child seats (available upon request).
Cars With Driver reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revised date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
